Abstract: The impact of workplace learning on adult employees' performance is an essential area of study in understanding the benefits of continuous professional development. This research aimed to investigate how workplace learning initiatives influence the performance of adult employees. The objectives were to measure improvements in job performance following workplace training, identify the skills and competencies gained, and evaluate employee satisfaction with workplace learning programs. A survey design was used for this study as it allows for the collection of detailed information from a large number of employees, providing a comprehensive view of the impact of workplace learning. The sample size included 160 adult employees, chosen through purposive sampling to focus on those who have participated in workplace learning programs. The case study was conducted in Abuja, where numerous organizations have implemented extensive training programs. The findings indicated that workplace learning significantly enhanced job performance, with employees reporting increased efficiency, productivity, and job satisfaction. It was recommended that organizations continue to invest in workplace learning programs and tailor them to the specific needs of their employees to further improve performance.
